hahahaha. the second guy reminds me of saad....
the second time that i shadowed a physician, the "reality" version occurred. sort of awkward. lol.
As a paramedic I had a guy ask me to manually disimpact him. The guy said it would just take a minute. I told him I didn't do those kinds of things, and he said, "Don't be a pussy! Just use this spoon." ER residency will have moments like this that will just suck.

BAHAHAHA - it gets even better when there are things like pipe cleaners stuck in the front side...ask me how I know.
I'm frightened as to how accurately that cartoon sums up my disappointment with my job on a bad day! But funny as hell!
